For investors
Invest alongside us
You invest in each deal individually, and we work with you through to exit.
Important notice. This page is directed only at investment professionals and high net worth companies and individuals in the UK, as defined in the Financial Promotion Order, and at accredited investors in the US. Anyone else should not act on it. It describes how rdc works and is not an invitation to invest in any specific opportunity.
How it works
How we work with investors
Deal by deal
Investors see each opportunity first and choose which to back. There is no blind pool and no obligation to invest.
Funding each deal
Investors review each opportunity and choose whether to back it, committing their share of the completion equity alongside bank debt where appropriate. They also commit a reserve for add-on acquisitions, so the business can grow by acquisition without a new raise each time.
Aligned
rdc is paid mainly on performance and rolls part of its own fee into each deal.
Governance and partnership
Experienced governance, drawing on Andrew's prior board roles, with rdc chairing the board. Quarterly reports and a direct line to Andrew through to exit.
Why it works
An underserved gap in the UK market
And an operator's playbook already proven at Inpulse.
The opportunity
- Succession wave: many UK founders in the £2–10m EBITDA band are nearing retirement with no successor in the family or management team.
- Off-market access: most buyers in this band compete in adviser-run auctions, while founders planning succession often prefer a direct conversation with one decision maker.
- Founders want an operator: they choose a buyer who has run a business and will look after their team.
- Re-rating on exit: a professionalised, larger business attracts sponsors and strategics.
How we add value
- Proactive sourcing: direct founder relationships alongside a network of advisers and brokers.
- Operating playbook: management depth, commercial acceleration and proper reporting from day one. Inpulse ARR grew 50% in three years.
- Buy and build: committed follow-on capital so add-ons close quickly.
